Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Dimbi Games. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

1. Invitation only

Accounts are created by invitation, whether you play for free or subscribe. You need a valid invite code from an existing member, and each code can be used once. Invite codes are given, never sold: do not sell, trade or advertise them for payment. Members are responsible for the people they invite: if someone you invited is banned for misconduct, your ability to invite others is suspended for a time, and repeated cases withdraw it entirely until an administrator restores it.

2. Your account

You must give a working email address and your real name, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used by someone else.

One account per person. You may hold only one account. Do not create a second account for any reason, including to invite yourself, to play more characters, or to get around a suspension or ban. Do not share, sell, give away or transfer your account. If we find that one person holds more than one account, we may close all but one of them or ban all of them, and the bans count against the members who invited them.

3. Playing and subscribing

Playing as a thrall is free. A paid subscription unlocks characters other than thralls, which are a separate way to play; it is not needed to play as a thrall. The price is shown before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time: it then ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded for part of a period, except where the law requires it. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the purchase. If your account is suspended or banned for breaking these terms, any subscription on it ends without a refund.

4. Conduct

Treat other players with respect. Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone; do not post content that is hateful, sexually explicit or illegal; do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation to gain an advantage, or interfere with the site or its servers. Site staff decide what crosses the line, and their decision is final.

5. Enforcement

We may warn you, suspend your account, or ban it permanently for breaking these terms. A ban also counts against the member who invited you. There is no right to compensation for a suspended or banned account.

6. The games and your content

Everything that makes up the games, including the code, art, text and world content, belongs to the site operator or its licensors. Anything you create inside the games, such as characters, names and messages, may be stored, displayed to other players and used to run the games. You keep whatever rights you hold in your own words, and you grant us the licence needed to show them to other players.

7. Availability

Dimbi Games is provided as is. It is a small project run by a small team: it may go offline, change or lose data, and we make no promises about uptime. If we close the site for good, subscriptions stop renewing. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows.

8. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to play.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
